Started This Site.

Frank Moerke (45+ years of experience in the construction industry) and Sharon Moerke have lived in this area for over 45 years and started this site, Preferred Services (Since 1992), solely because they wanted to help their fellow neighbors find honest, reliable, and experienced people in the many areas of life we all need help with by sharing their personal network of people that they have gathered over their years of combined life experience.

 

What Makes Them So Qualified to Give Referrals?

 

• Frank has over 45 Years of Experience in Construction Sales and Service, at one point building a construction company’s division from nothing to selling for over $10 million dollars a few years later. translation: he knows what materials and labor should cost for the majority of home projects, and knows good quality work from banged up jobs

• He has 30+ years of experience in the Referral Business, with nothing but good feedback from both parties

• Been in the Local Area with his wife and family for over 45 years so knows what the best businesses are to patronize and which to avoid 

• Experienced in purchasing and owning multiple cars, so knows the ins and outs of not only how to get the best price whether buying cash or financing, but also where to go to get work done; same experience with buying and selling multiple homes

• Married 50+ years with kids, grand kids, and great grand kids so knows the best schools, after school programs, and primary care physicians in the area

• Long time animal lover, having over 25 cat and dog family members over the years; so knows where the best vets, groomers, and food brands are to keep your pets vibrant and loving life 

• Lastly, due to life circumstances has had to rely on others to help with his many projects, so knows who the best and most dependable people are.

No more dealing with people who show up the first day and leave never to be seen again, no more going into a business to get a service done and ending up being overcharged and/or dissatisfied with the end product or service, and lastly no more headache in spending your precious time looking for qualified workers to handle what you need. As a promise to you, on this site you’ll only find people and businesses that have personally worked with Frank and his family, and with that, meet their highest of standards when it comes to honesty, reliability, expertise, and quality of work. Also all the people listed here are independent (in other words no incentive to upsell), competitively priced, and lastly are the best of the best at what they do. In addition to that, Frank and Sharron will be donating 5% of all Preferred Services net profit (from our invite only network) to The Humane Society and The Teen Challenge. Luke 6:28 "You can't out give god!" - but we can do our best to help where we can.

Frank and Sharron have in the past been very involved in church leadership. The church they went to over 20 years. They both (Sharron and Frank) were recognized by the head pastor as one of the top 5 in upper church leadership. They joined this church when it was about 400 and helped build it to over 11,000 when they left in 2007! Now since they have personal issues that have severely limited their physical involvement, they intend to use this site to give back. They know how to do things right and think this is the right time to put this info out to the world.

They have always held the belief in helping make their community strong through personal involvement. Now they are limited in their giving back so they are using this site as a way to give back to the businesses they show case as well as help neighbors to find the BEST value led services.

Frank first learned about sales, marketing, and customer service through his first huge success when he entered the life insurance business in 1976 and later changed fields in 1986. During this 10 year period he won virtually every award, prize and trip. He excelled in this business. He changed fields in 1986 so he could do the thing he always loved. He went into construction sales, marketing and customer service. Construction was his hobby. How would he have to work if 'work' was his hobby? 

 

When he went to semi retirement in 2011, he was very well know in both new construction as well as in remodeling. He has actually done work in a very large part of the Fontana tract business as well as custom homes.

This (1992) is when he started Preferred Services.
