Preferred Services started out in 1992 when the economy came to a standstill. Frank started out by uniting his friends, builders, and clients with competitive top-of-the-line subcontractors with the original goal of helping to connect high quality contractors and suppliers. Now we've expanded on our original mission to include YOU! We want to help our neighbors find the BEST people and businesses possible! All while utilizing our numerous years of life, construction, and business experience. This community deserves nothing but the absolute best! Frank follows a process before he does everything in his life. This extends to his Pets, food, auto purchases, mechanic, etc.
As opposed to commercial sites where just about anyone can signup or pay to provide services; we are choosing to be an invite only platform. Which means we only choose to partner with the best of the best. Ensuring that our high quality standards are being maintained. Friends frank is not successful because he's a super salesman. He's successful because he leans on the wisdom of God. He's studied the Bible and learned to listen to and follow God's principles. Matt. 6:33. My promise is to help you get better more informed people to provide the best service, price and value based on my personal experience

We work as your personal purchasing agent to help provide you with any/all local businesses'/people's needs as listed on our site here!

Preferred services believes in giving back to the community. We do this by sending 5% of our net profit to The Teen Challenge (to help with drug addiction/homelessness) and 5% to The Humane society (to help our neighbors get low cost veterinary services). *Does not include bartering* We try to make our giving count. We hope you will join us as both do so much good for our community.
So as a summary, Frank used to give his time, talents, and treasures to his community through his church, now he is physically limited so he did this site to as a way to directly help his community. on this website I have put a list of people and services that my family and I have personally used or found based on my buying experience.
All I want to do now is refer them to you so that your house or other needed services gets done properly so that we can all benefit. Being a resident of Fontana for 15 years and Alta Loma for over 30 years, I watched this place grow! I have also been actively involved in community affairs and community growth with the ultimate goal of making our community the safest possible, especially with all of the crime going on lately.
My hope is that by giving you a great local contractor/other service person. We both can benefit. While I have vetted and have personally used all the people listed here, please look over all of your options in case you may be interested in something different. If you don't see a service listed, it may be possible that we have not yet posted them from our network. In that case, please get in touch with us and we'll take the next steps from there.
